Sencha Strawberry Rhubarb

This beautiful sencha/white tea blend jetés its way through the luscious strawberry and rhubarb. Served hot, you get rich strawberry notes. Served iced, the rhubarb does a "changement" to jump to the front with its sassiness. Now you can have the taste of strawberry rhubarb pie without the calories. Another delicious iced tea for the summer.

Ripe, red, juicy fruits are bustling around in the richly green bed of our premium blend of green and white tea. Freshly picked from a bush, served with a scoop of ice cream or enjoyed as a freshly brewed infusion, these berries continue casting their spell over us.


If serving this tea iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice will dilute the blend. You can also “cold steep” to maximize the flavor by filling a pitcher with the appropriate tepid water. Add the suggested amount of tea leaves either in a tea bag or an infuser and put the pitcher into the refrigerator for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Taste the tea and if it’s to your liking, remove the tea leaves and serve.


Green tea (70 %), White tea (20 %), flavoring, freeze-dried strawberry pieces, freeze-dried blackcurrants, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, freeze-dried sour cherry pieces, freeze-dried whole raspberries

Western Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 6-8 oz water)
2-3 minutes at 176 - 194℉
