I've finally found a green tea with lemon that is dreamy and refreshing. Ginger and spearmint add a nice dimension. The creamy notes create a perfectly balanced cuppa, not too sweet with just enough sass.

Creamy lemon mingles with green tea while lemongrass, lemon verbena, ginger and spearmint sashay’s in sprinkling its flavors like fairy dust, a delightfully refreshing green tea whether served hot or iced. Hot, provides deeper richer flavors almost like a lemon drop. Iced, is a bit more sassy with it’s tang and tartness.
Recommendation:
If serving this iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice will dilute the blend. Or consider cold steeping this blend. To cold steep, put the appropriate amount of tea and water into a pitcher and let steep in the refrigerator for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove the tea leaves and voila, your tea is cold and ready to drink.
