I stumbled across this tea by mistake and what a wonderful mistake it was. I love the light and fresh flavors this tea offers. If you are looking to get more experience with green teas, this is a great one to start with as it's not bitter or harsh.

Light but rich-tasting green tea without harshness ending with a slightly sweet lingering note making you want to come back for more. The delicate flavor requires proper water temperature. Boiling the water will ruin the tea.
This green tea is from Fujian which produces more jasmine and oolong teas than green and black teas, but this one is a well known spring green. Thick white strands among darker green leaves; slightly twisted with budsets that display after steeping. Elevation around 2000 feet. Cultivar is Bai Mao Hou.

2-3 minutes @ 175℉

Eastern Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 3 oz water)

Number of Eastern Infusions: 4
