In the flavored tea category this is my all time favorite black tea. While many love this tea iced, I prefer it hot. This hot cuppa along with a great book is perfect on a rainy day.

With light notes of rum this strong black tea is creamy, delicious and tongue tingling. A delightful aroma right out of the bag that brews up to a luscious dark honey color while smelling bright and cheerful. Don’t drink this around pirates, they might steal your cuppa.
Recommendation:
If serving this tea iced, consider using an extra scoop of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice can dilute the blend.

Western Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 6-8 oz water)
4-5 minutes @ 203 - 212℉
