I am a huge fan of caramel in a good smooth black tea. I absolutely love the way the salt balances with the sweetness of the caramel.

This loose leaf black tea is the “pearl” of all caramel flavored black teas. Finely ground African Pearl Salt makes the perfect savory impact to the creamy caramel blend. The rich black tea has just the right balance of sweet and salty. One taste of this cuppa and you’ll see why we call it the pearl of caramel teas.
Served hot you’ll want to pull out your favorite book. Served iced it will have you smiling and dancing.
Recommendation:
If serving this iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice can dilute the blend.

Ingredients:
black tea, cream-caramel pieces (sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, glucose, molasses, butter fat, wetting agent: sorbitol, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), planed almonds, brittle pieces (sugar, hazelnuts, invert sugar), pearl salt, flavoring.
Western Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 6-8 oz water)
4-5 minutes @ 203 -212℉

I loved this tea! I don’t usually enjoy sweetened tea, but this is caramel! The sweetness is mellow and not overpowering. Yum!!
