My initial reaction when I tasted this fruit blend was a show-stopper. It was so full of flavor I immediately looked at the ingredients. I knew I had to add this for my customers. I was even more surprised when I saw it was low in acid which is starting to become requested. But back to the incredible flavor. When served hot, the sour cherry takes charge while the others dance in the background. Served iced, you can taste the brightness of the kiwi, creaminess of the coconut while the sour cherry, cranberry slices and apple pieces dance around the blend not to be forgotten.

This low-acid fruit blend will have you reminiscing of the days when you laid on the grass and identified animals in the puffy cloud shapes of the bright blue sky. Kiwi, sour cherry and cranberry create a regal blend while crunchy coconut flakes add sunlight. This sunny blend will have you wanting to catch the puffy white clouds. Makes an excellent iced beverage. Share this with your kids and catch clouds together.
Recommendation:
If serving this low-acid fruit blend iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice can dilute the blend.
