This oolong will be your new favorite oolong tea. The magnolia flavor is so light but full and the oolong is stunning. Hot or iced this tea will sooth your soul.

Memories of a summer breeze with magnolia in the air swaying delicately on a lightly oxidized oolong. Not only is the flavor of this tea beautiful the leaves unfurl with alluring curly edges.
Recommendation:
If serving this tea iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice will dilute the blend. You can also cold steep to maximize the flavor by filling a pitcher with the appropriate tepid water. Add the suggested amount of tea leaves either in a tea bag or an infuser and put the pitcher into the refrigerator for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Taste the tea and if it’s to your liking, remove the tea leaves and serve.

I have yet to find a floral or fruity tea I liked… Until now! If I had to cost a descriptive word I would say: gentle. Think magnolia… No really. It’s a beautiful oolong with a perfectly balanced magnolia flavor.
