Darjeeling Victoria’s Peak First Flush-Organic
TeaCha's Notes:
This organic black tea flavor profile is complex hitting the aroma with notes of edamame then switching to asparagus and spinach then to a stone-fruit rounding out with grassy hay and nuts. It weaves these flavors throughout the sip making it lively and bright. This is quite a special cuppa. First flush (first harvest picking of the season) is very fresh. The young leaves are filled with flavor as it is just coming out of it's dormant winter containing the best components the leaf has to offer. This cuppa is a one time treat and limited availability.
