Start your breakfast out right with a mellow but sassy organic black tea with notes of caramel, cacao pod and lychee. This cuppa of a deep red infusion will add beauty to your morning sunrise. Oh but it’s not just a breakfast tea. It’s an “all-dayer”.  The red infusion is soft enough to enjoy on it’s own. Exquisite with a dollop of milk and amber honey. This tippy Dian Hong grows in an elevation of 1600-1800 meters at the Wa Shan Ecological Tea Garden in Yunnan, China.

Western Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 6-8 oz water)
4-5 minutes @ 200℉

Number of Western Infusions: 2

Eastern Infusion:
(1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) to 3 oz water)
10 secs @200℉, add 3 seconds to each infusion.

Number of Eastern Infusions: 4

    This is my go to comfort cup on a cloudy rainy day . . . I love the coziness of this tea. It’s like a wrapping your self up in a warm blanket.

    I prefer it with milk and sugar, just like grandma drank her tea. I’d consider it a medium bodied tea, with hint of just rounded sweetness.

    This is my favorite black tea. It has a smooth black tea flavor with floral hints that remind me of jasmine. It’s perfect with honey and milk. My go to used to be Irish Breakfast but this one has taken its place.
