Ambrosia White – Organic
TeaCha's Notes:
Because I've had so many tea lover requests, I'm bringing back the popular Organic Ambrosia White tea. It's beautiful white tea leaves varying in colors with notes of pineapple, coconut and papaya remind me of the tropical islands. Brisk with a rounded blend of tangy tropical fruit notes. Served hot, it reminds me of a dark rum tropical drink. Served ice, the dark rum flavor creates a refreshing sparkle and reminds me of a Pina Colada focusing on the juicy pineapple.
$2.00 – $66.99
This white tea is a special blend of Bai Mu Dan and Hawaiian pineapple pieces with pineapple, papaya, and coconut for a fresh brew with playful aromas.
Recommendation:
If serving this iced, consider using an extra 1 1/2 teaspoon of tea for every 6 – 8 ounces of water to provide more flavor. Melting ice will dilute the blend.
To maximize the flavor, consider cold steeping. To cold steep, put the appropriate amount of tea and water into a pitcher and let steep in the refrigerator for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove the tea leaves and voila, your tea is cold and ready to drink.
